With the heavy autumn storms, many pierates wash ashore the Brandywine riverbanks, and this year is no different. On September 25th, they might take the opportunity to visit The Green Dragon in Bywater and turn this particular Friday into a Yarrrday. To blend in, we encourage all patrons to dress up in pieratey costumes, unless they are happy to come aboard as landlubbers. It is also a good idea to bring pierate themed entarrrtainment, like sea shanties, tales, riddles, jokes or whatever you have looted. Cap’n Pycella will be at the helm, so you can secure a place on the beerlogged rug by contacting her in advance or during the evening.
OOC: This will be a pirate-themed Green Dragon evening for roleplaying hobbits and potentially shipwrecked dwarves. Especially pirate themed entertainment is welcome. The event is related to the LOTRO Tale of Shipwrecked Mariners event where you can get yourself a pirate costume if you don’t have one yet. More information on the LOTRO event is here.
